The days of the humble book and puzzles have long gone and technology is starting to take over. Although social networking sites are an entertaining way of talking to friends and finding out jobs or communicating with someone across the world. Teenagers nowadays have the most percentage on spending more of their time online; playing games or social networking while adults on the other hand only use it occasionally. Having access to the internet also costs money. As both the communications company and the user are involved for the costs .also to gain access to the internet you must have computer equipment which should include suitable software as well as connections to the internet. a developed economy can afford money for research and they can use new technologies, whereas places which are less developed will not be concerned about ICT as they would be more concern on the basic survival.
